Youth Football Coaches Association is made up of members of the youth football community.
Youth Football Coaches Association welcomes Pop Warner, AYF, PAL and Park & Recreation leagues to use its resources to support the core fundamentals for teaching youth football. Coaches, parents and players can visit YFBCA.org to obtain information that will allow them to run a successful youth football program. It is also a place to share stories, thoughts and ideas with others involved in youth football around the country.
YFBCA.org is a vehicle that can be used to combine all the resources that exist in the various aspects of media and collect them to a single location. It is the YFBCA.org goal to link resources required to successfully provide a positive environment for a youth football program.

The founder and current director of Youth Football Coaches Association is Joe Bouffard. Joe Bouffard, affectionately known as Coach Bouf, is a veteran coach with 16 years of experience at various levels that include youth, high school and college.
While at New Canaan High School in Connecticut, Coach Bouf employed a passing attack offense that led to 2007 and 2008 Class MM State Championships. Currently Coach Bouf serves as Offensive Coordinator at Fairfield Warde High School, Fairfield, CT.
Coach Bouf worked as the New England Rep for Digital Sports Video, consulting with area high school coaches on their video editing and scouting needs.
In 2007, Coach Bouf sat on a panel with Archie Manning to help choose a winner for the UPS Delivery Intercept Contest.
Coach Bouf is also a veteran of the clinic culture and has spoken on various youth topics at Mega/Glazier Clinics and the Big New England Coaches Clinics.
Coach Bouf serves as site coordinator for the NFL HSPD Program in Connecticut. Along with other regional coaches, he was instrumental in providing the NFL JPD & HSPD program to young athletes in inner-city areas of Connecticut.
